Maritime Formality

Coffee Exporter is entitled to produce/present the following documents to enable a clearing agent process customs and port formalities for shipment per the designated vessel.

1. Bank Permit Chamber zed by National Bank of Ethiopia (one copy of custom's copy)
2. Commercial Invoice (One Original and Copy)
3. Trade License (One P/copy)
4. VAT  Certificate (One P/copy)
5. TIN Certificate(One P/copy)
6. Customs clearing agency agreement or power of attorney(one original)
7. Shipping instruction(4 copies)

Way bill (to be dispatched to port of loading along the consignment
